poor responseoutside terrace

the online customer journey IS quite nice, i admit. i was offered an upgrade for 42 eur, a night cost over 300 EUR in october. the room, while WELL-DESIGNED, was not that spacious and had a LOT of noise from the outside terrace. the team responded with a simple "sorry," a poor response, i think.
